The Final Word
March 15th 2026
The book of Malachi contains God’s final message to His people before 400 years of silence. Though the temple had been rebuilt and life restored in Jerusalem, the hearts of the people had grown distant from God.
Through Malachi, God confronts spiritual apathy and reminds His people that serving Him is never meaningless. He sees their faithfulness, records their devotion, and promises a future where the difference between the righteous and the wicked will be clear.
This message reminds us that while the Old Testament ends with a warning, the story ultimately leads to the grace found in Jesus Christ.
God’s final word was not judgment—it was preparation for redemption.
